A car took out a telephone pole on Thursday (05/08) afternoon. Pole was replaced and I had electricity back within 4 hours. The electric company send me updates every step of the way.
I have had no internet, phone and TV since then. When I checked the outage map, it said it would be fixed by noon on Friday (05/09). Come noon on Friday, no services still. The outage page just keeps pushing the completion time out by 15 minutes. I call on Saturday morning and after going through way too long a process I finally get through to a person and am told the service would be restored by 4pm that day. I ask to be notified of the status of the repairs.
Their app and website are terrible.
Here it is Sunday morning and I still have no services. I have not heard a peep from Verizon and have not see a truck on the street for 2 days.
Verizon should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of communication, difficultly in reaching someone, getting actual answers, and terrible response times to an incident
