For the last 3 bills my Verizon Rewards Dollars have not shown up to be redeemed to pay a portion of my bill. My Verizon card is the auto payment method for both my mobile and home accounts. I have submitted my phone number to be synchorized with my credit card through your support messages, your customer service telephone number, Synchrony's customer service, and was told it would take a billing cycle to correct. It has now been 2 billing cycles and my Verizon account still says I have zero rewards. So now I'm reaching out here as a last attempt. I will be cancelling all my services and credit card within the next week if I dont see a resolution.
