I transfer from my former service provider to Verizon because of very good promo offer ended last April 2, which is : 4 lines for $25.00/line, BYOD. I applied on line, got it. Am so happy. I got offer: $10. off/line for auto pay and paper free bill, plus loyalty discount being 14 years customer for fios voice.. All in all tax added, which is $8./line. So I’m happy. Sadly, on my 2nd bill changes in my bill not okey. Increased more than original plan.

Hi, discounts and promotions can't be combined. If the offer was $25/line for bringing in 4 lines, then the base pricing of the service is $25/line plus taxes and fees. There are also line activation charges which aren't included in the promo.
