I was suppose to get a $200 gift card for signing up to FIOS. After going through all the necessary steps, I finally got the "Congratulations. Your reward is on its way" email. The email said I was getting the gift card in 7 to 10 business days. It's been three weeks and I still did not get anything. What should I do? Thank you.
