I HAVE BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR 5 YEARS AT FIRST THE SERICE WAS GREAT , NOW OVER HTE LAST PAST 1 YEAR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR .. COUPLE MONTHS AGO I WAS PROMISE RECONNECT FEE WILL BE WAIVER AND ETC . WHEN CALLING BACK TO CHECK THE STATUS THE PEROSN ON THE PHONE STATED GIVEN MY A SAD STORY OF WHY IT WASN'T DONE AND ETC. OKAY I LET THAT PAST NOW AS I'M PAYONG MY BILL I SEE A CHARGE OF MY BILL FOR DEVICE NOT RETURNED , I HAVE EMAILS STATED THAT THE DEVICE WAS PICKED UP FROM THE UPS STORE AND WAS RECIEVED AT THE WAREHOUSE ON MARCH 11,2025 IN TEXAS . I BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 3 HOURS WORKING ON THIS MATTER THAT SHOULDN'T BE ON MY BILL . I'M MISSING OUT ON WORK AND ETC DEALING WITH THIS MATTER . VERIZON YALL NEED TO DO BETTER WITH YOUR SERIVCE CAUSE THIS AINT IT ... POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE NOBODY WANTS TO HELP AND ETC
