Internet Deals missing?

Hi there. I signed up for 5g internet and received the Samsung tv deal as well as a $200 Verizon gift card. The card doesn’t show up in my tiles to redeem at all, and the Samsung tv says I can redeem on ##prd## which makes no sense. I got the email today saying it was time to redeem but it led me to the FAQ page. Am I still getting the deal? What happened to the gift card???
