I'm believably DISAPPOINTMED in Verizon Customer Service division . I've had the following three repair request to Customer with ABSOLETLY no SATISFACTIO: (1)- NYEGOY9CKA-DATED 4-30-2025. (2) NYGEGOYACRU DATED 5-8-2025, (3)-NYEGOYAXGG-DATED 5-14-2025.
This is a very Dangerous situation, and although TWO VERIZON TECHICANS has viewed the problems, they both were not able to solve the issues. BUT indicated they would submit a report requesting follow up .
