I called in on March 14 because my three years was ending in April to see my options for a cell phone. It was a month before my actual ending .The representative that explain about my options, the different fees and activation I proceeded to switch over from my phone with paying all of this and still having fees and a activation fee The representative explained that before everything was finalized. I asked him about a credit fhe give me a third credit I asked for 50 he said he could grant that. The representative also said well if you do a bundle, you’ll pay 149 for your Internet And my Internet with T-Mobile. I was hesitated about switching but when he offered the Netflix which I’m currently paying for a max and a $200 gift card that finalized the deal .The representative said you have to have the service ,for at least 30 to 45 day The representative said then you’ll get a gift card to your app He never explain that you use it within 60 days or will expire. He barely explain where it was coming from without me asking questions I called back I found out I can’t get the gift card has expired. It was not explain that also I used to already get Hulu so I noticed that I was being charged for Hulu. He said I’d be credited back so I see that there’s a lot of disc discrepancies on what he told me and what was actually promised. I called back they’re telling me it expired.I stated That’s not good enough I would’ve never switched my Internet under false pretenses ,you in the business of giving you also in the business of informing The right information for a client that doesn’t know your rules and regulations. I just want my gift card that I was promised that I switched over my Internet because of that I should’ve been explained the right information
