A couple months ago, my devices that are 2.4 GHz couldn't find a network anymore. I went into the router and tried turning SON off but it still did not transmit anything in the 2.4GHz frequency. Everything on 5 GHz was operating fine. I turned SON back on to go back to the settings I previously had. As a quick fix, since I needed these devices to work, I pulled out an old 2.4 GHz router and connected it via ethernet to the XCI55AX so I could get a signal. This has worked fine for now.
Just the other day, the 5GHz signal dropped out too. Currently, there is NO wifi signal being broadcast from the XCI55AX. None of the settings on the router Admin page have been touched to change this. I have not gotten into it to check, but I am the only one with access to it.
Is there anything else to do or is there a way to get a replacement?
