Hi everyone,
I have an installation scheduled for May 31st, but I received a request to provide proof of residency. The issue is that I only have a verbal agreement with my landlord, no lease, and my landlord pays all the utilities, so I don’t receive any bills in my name.
What kind of alternative documents will Verizon accept in this case? I want to make sure my installation doesn’t get delayed or canceled.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
