New account not showing anything but order status

Hi, I signed up for Verizon wireless and was able to place order online. We were able to activate the service but when I login with the same details, I can only see the order details.

Now, I got a text saying that payment is past due but I can not even see the account.

Can someone please help??

Difficulty signing in to My Verizon can be attributed to several factors including not being registered for an account, incorrect credentials, or system delays.
