I am on here trying to find out how to go about starting a claim my husband was on the chat for about 3 hours and just kept getting transferred. Next day we called to report that we found out that the contractors Fios was using ran their bore through our sewage pipe and we were getting backed up. We paid root rooter to come clear the clog and use their inspection camera to see the damage. Now just got repair done to the pipe but need repairs and cleaning to the house. My laminate flooring has started to buckle there is sewage water under there my vanity/ cabinets. Not to mention fumes and I have 4 children here. I need to know how quickly you guys can help me get this fixed. I don’t have the money I live in Florida and can’t do a claim to insurance. I’m at a loss just need guidance on how to go about filing a claim to get this damage to my home repaired asap.
