On Friday March 24,2025 I dropped my trade in device at UPS store in Mullica Hill NJ. I received 2 months of $23.05 trade in credit. The received an email that the phone was not returned and they are not giving me the credit that I am entitled to. After multiple calls explaining that I followed the Verizon procedure which is drop the trade in by UPS and UPS lost it. Why am I responsible for the phone after UPS took possession of it and lost it. This is an issue to be resolved by Verizon and UPS. Nothing to do with me as I followed the Verizon procedure. It also should have nothing to do with giving me the monthly credit of $23.05. Then I received an email from Verizon May 24, 2025 stating that the issue was resolved and I would see the trade in credit would process on the next billing cycle. I have not seen it. I have been a Verizon customer for 21 years.
