Spoke with Danny today about my bill :'). I believe she said that was her name. She was fantastic and very willing to work with me as she was very patient kind and humble. She was holding on the line with me trying to reach an available Manager (since hers was in a meeting), until my issue was resolved. Very pleasant voice, and easy-going attitude. She didn't give way to my aggrivation (due to a false claim that I received the first time about my bill being updated, but never happened). Fantastic work keep it up
