Who do I need to reach out to resolve an ongoing (over a year) billing issue? Our "Client Executive Verizon Business Group" has not been able to provide status or feedback on who we should contact to get a resolution to the problem. This is for a land based Verizon business account involving a PRI circuit that was supposed to have been disconnected June 2024. We are still being billed for this service and we cannot get a status on this.
