I spent 2 years trying to get a sub account of an ex removed off my main account. Verizon assured me multiple times it was taken care of. Now, unknown to me, she let her account close a year ago and I’m being hit with a $3000 past due balance that I can’t get any answers on. I never received bills, had no access to her information/account. Verizon has been zero help in resolving this. Most recently in April, an agent told me “not to worry about it”. Horrible customer service.
