As @Fdbk states, from your dialer, dial #48 but at the same time watch your extender's admin status page to see if the number of connections increases from 0 to 1. Use a browser and enter the IP address of the extender to get to the Admin Page login. Default password is LTEFemto + last 4 of the extender's MAC-address, in CAPS. Also, what Access Mode shows under the 4GLTE label in the Home page? If CLOSED then you may be blocked if your number is not in an Access List, which doesn't seem to be working on the Verizon website, as changing the Access Mode from/to Open, Hybrid or Closed doesn't work properly. I have an Android moto z4 phone connected to my extender but the Verizon website for managing the extender's mode and Access List won't let me change it to put MY accounts' number in an access list for being a 'member'.

From your phone's dialer, dial #48 and listen for that you're under the extender's coverage. If you don't hear that message, then there is something that's going on. What type of phone do you have? Does the extender show in your MyVerizon Website Devices Overview/Manage page with the same MAC Address found on the label?
Hi, we have motorola phones. Yes the extender does show up under the my devices page with the correct mac address. When I do the #48, it states it is not connected and to move the phone closer, well, the phone just happened to be 3 feet away from it.
As stated, it states my phone is not close to the extender when it is 3 feet away. Access states OPEN.
You wouldn't happen to have one of the "newer" Askey extenders, would you? People have been reporting that these extenders either won't let devices connect to them, or else they just stop working in short periods of time. Someone suggested trying to get one of the older Samsung extenders and that you can request them specifically.
Thanks for confirming that. Assuming you have Wi-Fi calling turned off. Without knowing what model your Motorola phones are, see if they have an Advanced Calling option in the network settings for HD Voice (VoLTE) and is set to enabled. I would suggest turning on Airplane mode for a few seconds and then right back off to see if the cellular reception bars change at the top of the screen.
