I tried to use the Verizon mastercard redemption from the settlement on an Amazon purchase and it was rejected. The purchase was less than the balance on the card. I checked the balance, and it says it's zero; maybe because I added it to amazon payment method? But the directions said you can add it to any mobile pay, etc. I never used the debit card before. I know of others who also had the same issue. It makes you feel like you've been ripped off by Verizon again.
