I've signed up and placed online order with Verizon wireless on 1/2025 for 4 new lines with 4 iPhone 16 pro max. $300 gift card offered during this period and added on the cart. It's now 6/2025 and nothing about the giftcard is heard. Issue was chatted,called,and emailed with literally 30+ Verizon agents who are incompetent and no help but with lies of escalation process which never initiated. Overall cellular service and billing are great with zero complaint but due to this promotion issue which is so unnecessary is actually pushing to consider another carrier.
