I have an appointment to transfer and set up my Fios internet at the new home I’m moving to but I received an email with directions on how to first upload my proof of residency but the directions are wrong. I have tried everything, searched the web, see many people asking this question but no answers. There is nowhere in the app or online account to upload my proof. The wait time for support is over 2 hours. Why is this so difficult for Verizon to add and upload document option in our accounts. I have to get internet set up this Friday and they won’t if I can’t find where to provide this residency proof. This is so frustrating.
