I used to have the one-gigabit plan with Fios and decided to upgrade to the new 2-gigabit plan they were offering. They sent a technician to replace our ONT so we could receive the upgraded speed benefits.
However, since replacing the ONT, we've been experiencing constant network outages and continue to receive the same messages in the logs whenever the network drops. Besides that, everything seems to be working properly with the ONT and the router.

Is there any way to solve this issue on our end, or would we need to contact support? I don't have the most experience with wifi terminology and methods, but have been researching the past week due to this issue.
