I signed up for Verizon Fios Internet 2 months ago and am now eligible to claim the "Home Offers" that was stated at the time of purchase. (Meta Quest 3 and Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet). Following the instructions, I was able to successfully redeem the Meta Quest 3, however the link to redeem the Amazon tablet is not working. The only message I get is 'We're sorry. There was an error when adding this Amazon Fire HD 8 Plus tablet, on us promotion, to your Verizon account. Please try again later".
After chatting with customer service over chat, I was told to clear my browser history / cookies and try again, that did not work. I tried with different browsers and also waited a week. I also think it's odd that in the Terms and Conditions section, it states out by saying "Offer valid through 4.14.25".
Was I given a promotion / offer that was set to expire before I was eligible to redeem? Not sure who to contact as the agents I get on chat don't have a resolution. If this redemption is no longer valid, I would assume there is a substitute replacement redemption of equal or more value?
