I disconnected my service with fios and received my final bill. I have an email regarding the final bill literally from a couple days ago, but no matter where I look I cannot find out to pay it. If there is a rep here who sees this message, I would just like to pay my final bill. It seems like many other people are having this same issue. For any rep that sees this, I've already tired the following link:

I've seen this posted on many others' posts, and:
1. It says its for disconnected mobile accounts
2. Even when I try to enter my information, it just says (as someone else has also already pointed out) "The information you entered does not match our files."
