Hello, I bought two gift cards with each having $200. One worked but the other one says invalid. I am struggling to find the right person to fix this issue. Could you help activate the second one please.

If you encounter issues related to a Verizon Gift Card, here are some common things to review and check. Where the card was purchased. What kind of Verizon card was purchased (Gift Card or Prepaid service). Is the card number and PIN on the card correct?

I purchased the gift cards online on Verizon website and the cards were mailed to me. And yes I do have an active Verizon account
