Went to a Verizon store yesterday and got charged for some Redux water plan that was Never even brought up by rep!!!
By partnering with support, the question regarding the Redux plan was resolved. It was determined this was a protection plan purchased from a 3rd party retailer, not Verizon. If others encounter something similar, here is a link to the Verizon Store Locator.
From what I found on Google, this is something charged by 3rd party and not corporate stores. Maybe try calling that store and ask for a refund?
