So, I signed up on the 60 a month replacing my spectrum wifi that has been unpredictable the past couple of years, and so far so good. Although, I was never informed of problems they said they are having with the accounts and linking your router to your account so you can manage it. 3 weeks now, and I still can’t manage my wifi. I’ve called numerous times, they have transferred me to someone in India every single time, and half of the time I can’t understand what they are saying. I have just tried for the 4th time to get a letter in the mail with a passcode because apparently my account is locked, and nobody seems to know why. Please help
