Ray Bans Promo

So, I received the promotion for a free pair of Meta Ray Bans with the purchase of a mobile data plan. I waited until the required amount of days, and still the "tile" to redeem would only send me to an FAQ page. I called the customer service, and the lady offered to redeem on her end and stated she did it for me and it would take about 7-10 days to ship. It has been much longer than that and I was getting worried and kept checking my mailbox. I checked the app, and it has not been redeemed but is now allowing me to do it myself with a promo code. I do not believe she actually did the order. However, every single Ray Ban is out of stock and my code expires in August. Is there anyway possible that I will not get them at all because the code expires before they restock since this is such a big promotion? Could I possibly redeem in store?

You do need to use the promo code in order to place the order, however, you should be able to place the order and it'll be back ordered and ship when they become available.
