All I want to do is pay my bill. You want my money, right? But every single time I try to log in (yes EVERY SINGLE TIME) it tells me my account is locked and I have to reset my password. I have to jump through so many hoops to reset it. Takes like five minutes. Again, JUST TO PAY MY BILL!
EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH.
It feels like a cosmic joke, but I'm about five seconds from switching to another carrier because of this technical incompetence.
