Customer service agents

I had to spend over 5 hours with customer service people overseas with no clue and no resolution! I never got what was promised! I learned something this week! Cancel Verizon as soon as I can and never use this service again! After 5 hours I still had to call back the following day! There are NO supervisors- just the same customer service people!
