Info in Verizon international plan “help” message

I signed up for an international plan. I got a confirmation email that includes the following bogus information:

iPhone
Tap settings (the gear icon).
Tap Cellular, then tap Cellular Data Options, then Roaming.
Slide both the Voice Roaming and the Data Roaming selectors to green (on).
Slide the International CDMA selector to off.
——**** but there is no such thing as a Voice Roaming selector in Cellular Settings

If you're traveling internationally and need support, call +1-908-559-4899 from your mobile device at any time.
——
*****But that’s a bad phone number. (“Your call cannot be completed as dialed.”)
