I have an arrangement on the 17th. I talked to someone this morning. Told me that my services were restored. I can only text and use the internet but can't make or receive calls.

Typically, if you’re having some trouble with service after making a payment, we recommend powering your phone down and back on. That will refresh the device's connection and allow for service to be restored.
If you have this happen, and try a restart but are still having trouble at that time, please contact us for support.
