I have gotten internet thru Verizon and got the rebates/ gift cards for Amazon and Verizon but do not see where to redeem them. Please helap
Resolution Update: By partnering with support we were able confirm the eligibility for the gift card situation. If you encounter issues related to a gift card offers, some common things to review and check. Where the card was purchased. What kind of Verizon card was purchased (Gift Card or Prepaid service). Is the card number and PIN on the card correct.

I submitted my rebate on May 7, and was supposed to get an email with my gift card on June 26... It's now July 15 and still nothing except another ticket opened because sending an email with a gift card is an impossible task for Verizon. Don't get your hopes up because they will continue to give you different dates you'll get it until you just give up. If Verizon Support wants to just call me or email me the gift card that's cool, but I highly doubt I'll get it since its almost a month overdue at this point.
