Phone Shut off

Hello

My brother has a Samsung galaxy s22. He was charging it, took it off charge and was in the middle of watch a video and the phone shut off. It won't turn on, won't indicate if it's charging. I used my charger as well.

Not sure what could have happened.

Any suggestions?
