I have a serious issue with my iPhone X. Carrier lock reads: SIM lock, but I'm told it is unlocked on Verizon side. I purchased it at a Verizon kiosk in a Costco store, probably in 2019 or 2020. I have spent many hours on the phone and in chat with Verizon representatives trying to resolve this, all to no avail. I need to be able to use an eSIM while traveling out of the US, but they require the phone to be unlocked. Is there a fix for this issue??
