I switched to Verizon 5g plus home internet back in May and the promo deal they had was that if you got the internet then, that you would get a $250 amazon gift card. I claimed my rebate on May 7, just 2 days after activating my internet, and the rebate status said that it processed on June 24, and that I would receive my gift card within 48 hours. It is currently July 9, and I still have not received my gift card and the status still says I will receive it in 24 hours. I have contacted Verizon support multiple times, and they even guaranteed me that I would receive it on July 1, or in the week after. It has now been 9 weeks since I claimed my rebate and I am still in the dark about where it is and I have given up on contacting support because they keep telling me things and it never happens.
