Fios on our block?

Hello, We live in Brooklyn, NY. Fios has been installed across the street but has not made it to our block, despite repeated requests and many, many neighbors interested in having it. Wew understand there was road work done a few weeks ago to ready for Fios but have no additional updates. Is Fios finally coming to our block? Thank you!
