Set up a payment a week past my due date. Still constantly tried charging me bringing my account to -$90 then tell me i need to pay 10 dollars to set it up! Straight up joke can't wait to pay off my phone and switch providers! Also turned in a Google pixle 7 for $1000 off and checking my bill that never happened! Total just got ripped off out of $100 dont recommend verizon.
