My Internet has been out for 8 days. Each day I am promised they are dedicated to getting it on by 1030. Rhen 2 30. Then 6 30. Promise they will call back and check each day. No call back. Today called and said it was fixed. Nope no Internet. Twch said well 2 other people I called have it are you sure. I did get a little loud when I said I am sure. Said I will call you right back. Guess what. No call back. This is just not an inconvenience our Home security system runs off Internet. So 8 days no security system. I am a 40 year customer. That will probably be changing soon. Notjing but run around.
