Hello!
I have been using goCoax MoCA MC2500D adapters to convert coax outlets in various rooms of my house to provide ethernet accessibility for well over an year now without any problem.
However, since earlier today, the ethernet ports of the MoCA adapters no longer provide connectivity to devices connected using ethernet cables. Additionally, I've also observed that the ethernet ports of Verizon-provided WiFi extender also do not provide internet connectivity to devices connected using ethernet cable. This makes me suspect that some changes to the Fios signal coming in are the reason for this change in functionality.
I spent multiple hours chatting with a technical support but could not convince the person of my suspicion. While the conversation was long and professional, the tech support person insisted that I need my extender resplaced. It does not address the lack of signal in the ethernet ports of goCoax MoCA adapters directly connected to other coax outlets.
Would anyone have suggestions to pinpoint the problem and a potential solution?
Thanks!
