Frozen gizmo watch

I’ve had this watch long enough to fully charge it and every time I try to do anything on the home screen it freezes. I have turned it off multiple times and it just continues to happen. Now it won’t come back on despite being at 100% battery. Wouldn’t recommend.

At least Verizon will make money off their $50 restocking fee I even if the device is a pile of trash

Have you tried force shutting off the Gizmo watch using the GizmoHub app on the phone which the Gizmo is paired to?
