First of all, I am not tech savvy. Talking to a customer service rep halfway across the world does not help me. We have had Verizon Fios for 3 years without any problems. Two weeks ago, I have needed to reboot our router daily. Also, the lights on the black box (gateway?) changed and are not all lit. At the same time our outside security camera farthest from the router stopped working. My first call to Verizon I was told everything was working fine and all the lights on my black box should not have been lit because all we have is internet. Maybe the camera was bad. So, $100 later and a new camera, guess what it doesn't work. It works a few steps out the door. Second call today, disconnect this, reconnect that, reboot this. I asked for a person to come to our house and was told it would cost me! We had Spectrum in our previous home and if we had a problem they were there the very next day. The are my next call.
