I am trying THIS option to see if I can connect with SOMEONE who can assist me. I have been trying to switch from AT&T to Verizon since the middle of June. I placed orders online myslef .. had them canceled by Verizon. Chatted with Customer Support, they found the error. THEY placed the exact order for me ... was on hold because they questioned my identity, I had to speak with the Fraud department, send copies of my drivers license .. then they released the order. Spoke with an agent who ASSURED me the order was placed and would be shipped. The order was paid for and DEDUCTED from my account. I again was assured that it would ship and the rep said she would call me the next day to confirm. Nothing. I have the order and location number. When I try to find the order, it says no order is associated with those numbers. Chatted online and spoke to people on the phone, no resolution. CURRENTLY chatting with someone online (while I am at work) and they said they found the problem. They said they could help me reorder, but I would not get the deals or the added perks of the original order because "its no longer available" They said the order was canceled but I never received a refund ($811.02) CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME?
