I've had a business account with Verizon for many years. I have anywhere from 11-15 lines of service. Unfortunately, Verizon has shorter hours for businesses, and even though I also have my employees have individual lines, they are considered "business" and therefore has reduced hours as well. My employees may work different hours, but if they run into an issue, they cannot be supported over the weekend. SHAME ON VERIZON for discriminating between people who work different shifts. YOUR EMPLOYEES work various shifts, which I guess you have them do that so you can support your customers, but only non-business customers, can get support more frequently than your business customers. We live in a country that has different time zones, where the east coast have more "business hours" than the west coast, which is not fair for people in different time zones.
I have 11 lines currently and was going to move my other employee lines from T-Mobile to Verizon, but since T-Mobile supports their customers around the clock, and Verizon doesn't, I think I need to rethink this.
Shame on Verizon.
