I recently placed an order with Verizon for two new phones and two new lines. I successfully ported over my previous phone numbers and have received the devices and activated them. We have been using our new service for almost a week.
However, I am unable to access my MyVerizon account in any meaningful capacity. Whenever I attempt to login, it says that I need to activate the primary account holder line in order to receive the "Full Account Owner experience". So I am essentially stuck at the "My Orders" page that only summarizes the details of my recent order. I've been on the phone with tech support multiple times over several days and am making no progress resolving this issue. I am told that this is "unusual behavior" and that they aren't sure why this is occurring. Their suggestion has been to simply wait for the issue to resolve itself. I've seen multiple people on these forums with a similar issue and the issue has never resolved itself without further Verizon intervention.
I would greatly appreciate Verizon resolving this issue so that I'm able to access my account fully. Thanks.
