FAST ticket for Fios

Hello,

I have been leaving at a place where there is no Fios internet service, only wireless services shows up. I have been trying to get Fios internet service since I moved here in 2022. I check for service every few months and also made requests to support about getting service at my address. Please help me with FAST ticket and hopefully get Fios home internet.

If Fios is unavailable in your locality, you can contact Fios customer service on 1-800-837-4966 and request for the service over the phone.

Thank you for your input. As you can read from what I wrote, I have been trying all methods for 3 years now. I have been living in this area for 3 years without any luck of getting the FIOS internet service. This is a very generic answer which is not helping.
