Twice now Asurion has sent a replacement phone attached to someone else's account, which I discovered when I tried to upgrade and which a repair person suggested was the reason for my recurring issues accessing data. I believe this is fraudulent on their part, but they blame Verizon and Verizon blames Asurion. Does this require a lawyer or is there some way to speak to someone not in a call center with more authority to fix the issue?
