So I ordered a iPhone and watch, both ended up at a Fed Ex location in Ga. I called and they could not find the phone or the watch. Fed Ex filed a report and it determined the items had been lost. I called Verizon and gave them the story,, they also agreed the items had been lost so they disabled the items. I thought all was good because I went into a local Verizon store and bought a new phone. When the next bill comes… they charged me for the phone and watch that was lost, after numerous calls and over $300 paid on the lost items, they now tell me to file a police report! What a joke!
