Guess who is in the market for a new phone carrier? Me.
Verizon’s system made an error and somehow gave me a credit on my bill. Well, 4 months later they want that back. 265$ more than the bill amount. No warning or anything.
Somehow I am culpable for the error their system made. I get what is being said, but I am not happy with the way Verizon has handled it. When I started service with Verizon, they were so easy to work with. Prices have gotten more and more outrageous and service, don’t get me started on service, I have dropped more calls in the last 2 months than the last 6 years I have had Verizon.
I guess it is what it is for them, but I won’t be a part of the Verizon family much longer.
