Someone actually hacked my account and ordered 2 iPhone 16 Pro Max's on my account, even with 2 factor authentication enabled. No, we did not order them. I was at the Verizon store within 2 hours and they were able to get them canceled. BUT, they did not cancel the billing, so we got a new bill for $414 that was not ours. I went in again and they apologized and said the billing would be corrected in 2-3 business cycles. Say what! I spent a number of hours with Verizon Techs and managed to get my automatic payment turned off but they locked me out of my account when they deleted the 2 rogue phones. Now I have spend 6 hours with countless Techs and multiple drives to stores and still cannot get it unlocked. I am ready to go to T-Mobile.
