My wife and I work from home and have been waiting over 3 weeks for Verizon Fios internet to be installed at our new home. So far we’ve had:
- 6 scheduled appointments.
- 3 no-shows, with no calls, texts, or follow-up.
- 3 visits to our property, but still no work has been done.
- ~10 hours on the phone with Verizon support.
- 1 FCC complaint filed.
- Assigned to a Verizon Executive Relations Team member who stopped responding after one day.
We’ve repeatedly asked for a clear explanation, a real timeline, or any action but we still have no internet and no answers.
All we want is to have our Fios service installed at our home, which the site shows as available, so we can continue our jobs.
We’ve been incredibly patient, but we’re out of options. Can someone at Verizon please step in and make this right?
